STEM Athletics

All athletes MUST have a physical packet filled out and signed by a physician prior to trying out for a sport.  You can find the packet under the form tab.  Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date listed by the signing physician.  If your child is transferring from another school and had one there, please ask for a copy and provide it to Coach Tuten prior to try-outs.
